ok, 4 days on the bounce utilising the BC at 3 x15 mins per day on a recipe suited to me. Taking into account other medicinal factors and my diet I’ve found my energy levels raised and my already not too bad joints seem to have benefited ie I couldn’t cross my legs last week!  Looking forward to discovering  and introducing other specific associated recipes.
